By accessing or placing an order on Uptop Delivery, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. About Us

Uptop Delivery ("we", "us", "our") is an online delivery service operating across Europe. We facilitate the purchase and delivery of legal products including cannabis (where legally permitted), lean, CBD products, edibles, concentrates and accessories.

Our service is available exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older. Use of this website by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, create an account or place an order. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2.2 We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point, including at the time of delivery. Orders where age cannot be confirmed will be cancelled without refund.

2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession and consumption of any product you order is legal in your country, region or jurisdiction. Uptop Delivery does not accept liability for orders placed where the product is prohibited.

2.4 By placing an order you confirm that you have verified the product is legal for you to purchase in your location.

3. Orders & Contract

3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation by email.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability or legal concerns.

3.3 All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer a substitute, delay or full refund.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details including products, quantities, delivery type and contact information.

4. Delivery Options

4.1 Home / Address Delivery: We will deliver to the address provided at checkout. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We accept no liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

4.2 Pack Station Pickup: We offer delivery to your nearest pack station β€” one of our most popular options. When selecting this, you must provide the full name and address of the pack station in your Order Notes (e.g. "Shell Station, Hauptstraße 45, Berlin 10115"). Failure to provide accurate location details may result in a missed delivery.

4.3 Custom Meetup: We will meet you at a location of your choosing. You must provide a clear, specific and accessible description of the meetup point in your Order Notes. We reserve the right to decline meetup locations we deem unsafe or inaccessible.

4.4 Our team will confirm the delivery time with you via your chosen contact method after your order is placed. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances outside our control.

4.5 A signature or identification check may be required at the point of delivery at our driver's discretion.

4.6 Delivery fees are as stated at checkout. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders over the stated threshold.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment is not collected at checkout. After placing your order, our team will contact you with personalised payment instructions.

5.2 Orders are only dispatched or delivered after payment has been confirmed by us.

5.3 We currently accept payment via bank transfer (SEPA), cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) and cash at delivery in selected areas.

5.4 All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.5 We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown when you placed it.

6. Cancellations & Returns

6.1 You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been confirmed or dispatched, by contacting us via your chosen messaging platform.

6.2 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

6.3 If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or significantly different to what was advertised, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case and may offer a replacement, credit or partial refund at our discretion.

6.4 Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or our services to:

  • Place orders on behalf of or for delivery to persons under 18
  • Resell or commercially redistribute products without our prior written authorisation
  • Use the service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law
  • Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information including identity, age or delivery address
  • Attempt to circumvent our age verification or legal compliance procedures
  • Engage in abusive, threatening or harmful behaviour toward our staff or drivers
  • Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the website

Violations may result in immediate cancellation of orders, account termination and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website β€” including logos, images, text, graphics and product descriptions β€” is the property of Uptop Delivery and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptop Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our service or products.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9.3 We do not accept liability for health consequences resulting from product use. Products are used entirely at your own risk.

9.4 We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, civil unrest or carrier failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Uptop Delivery is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
