Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Registered account holders can also track orders from the My Account dashboard. Standard shipping takes 2–4 days within Europe.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via email or live chat. Once dispatched, we cannot recall orders but you may return eligible unopened products within 14 days.

Standard shipping within the EU takes 2–4 days. Germany and Netherlands typically receive orders in 2–4 days. We use reliable, tracked courier services. Express shipping (1–3 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Standard EU shipping costs €9.95. Shipping is FREE on orders over €80. Express shipping costs €18.95. All orders are shipped with tracking and full insurance.

Yes! Gas station delivery is one of our most popular options. When placing your order, select "Pack Station Pickup" as your delivery type, then enter the name and full address of your preferred pack station in the Order Notes field. Our driver will meet you there at an agreed time — quick, discreet and convenient.

We offer three delivery types: (1) Home/Address delivery to any address you provide, (2) Pack Station Pickup — we meet you at your nearest station, and (3) Custom Meetup — you name the spot (park, landmark, street corner etc.) and we come to you. Just select your preferred option at checkout and give us the details in the Order Notes.

During checkout, select your preferred delivery type, then use the Order Notes field to give us the exact details. For pack stations include the brand name and full address (e.g. "Shell Station, Hauptstraße 45, Berlin 10115"). For custom meetups describe the location clearly. Our team will confirm the time with you after the order is placed.

Yes, completely. All orders ship in plain brown or white boxes with no Uptop Delivery branding, no product names, and no visible indication of contents. Return address shows a generic company name. We take your privacy very seriously.

After placing your order, you'll receive our EU bank details. Transfer the exact amount using your order number as reference. Orders are confirmed within 1 business day of payment receipt. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days to process.
